• All areas of the home, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen.

• Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces, baseboards, and door panels.

• Vacuuming and mopping floors.

• Cleaning interior windows, sills, and blinds.

• Deep cleaning of countertops, sinks, showers, and toilets.

• Inside of empty cabinets, drawers, oven, and refrigerator.

What is NOT included in a Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning? 

• Exterior windows and exterior areas.

• Steam cleaning or shampooing of carpets.

• Animal waste, mold, or paint removal.

• Wall spots and rust removal.

• Industrial cleaning or lifting of heavy items.

• High ceiling fans, laundry, or washing dishes.

What is included in a Deep Cleaning service? 

• All standard items from the Regular Cleaning, plus:

• Detailed hand-wiping of moldings, woodwork, window sills, and baseboards.

• Vacuuming or washing blinds, shutters, and ceiling fans.

• Deep scrubbing of stovetops, drip pans, and all cabinet fronts.

• Thorough cleaning of light switch plates, doors, and all bathroom tiles.

• Vacuuming of all carpet crevices and edge spaces.

Do you offer regular, recurring cleaning services? 

• Yes, we do! However, to maintain our high standards of quality, all recurring plans require a Deep Cleaning as the initial service. This ensures your home is perfectly prepared for regular maintenance.
