Our Move In / Move Out cleaning is designed to prepare a home for a new tenant or your new home. We will clean and sanitize everywhere and give you a stress-free welcome to your new home. Areas: - Deep Cleaning in all rooms of the house. - Cleaning inside cabinets and drawers empty. - inside the fridge. - Cleaning inside the oven. - Cleanings include dusting. - One load and run dishwasher. - Washing of all reachable surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances. - Depp cleaning of the bathrooms. - Wipe faucets and sinks. - Cleaning light fixture. - Cleaning dust ceiling fan (surface). - Cleaning doors, inside windows, and sills. - Vacuum carpet floors. - Mopping all floors (without carpet). - Wipe faucets and sinks. - Empty all trash. - All areas that are cleaned will be disinfected. *Depending on the severity of the dirt, we might not be able to clean through and through tile grout areas. *The condition of each area or item before move-in will be examined in our checklist. *For online bookings, you agree that this order reflects the true condition of the home. *FG Professional House Cleaning Service reserves the right to modify the order to include extra costs if the order does not reflect the true condition of the home. *Prices may change according to the size of the house and the difference in price is charged in person.
